kepta duona.

Kepta Duona is a Lithuanian dish, it's kind of their 'beer dish'. Perhaps equivalent to onion rings, or potato skins with cheddar cheese and bacon. Brace yourself, you might find this combination of ingredients outrageous. Kepta Duona is deep fried rye bread with cheese, garlic, and... mayonnaise. Lost of mayonnaise. I had my first Kept Duona a few days ago. It was addicting and I couldn't stop eating it.. but as soon as it settled in my stomach I felt the oil, the cheese, and the mayonnaise. Now when I see it I just want to gag. I will say it is a must try at least once if possible. Perhaps I'll make it once when I get home just for kicks.

Anywho, That's all for now. Happy friday all.

Cheers
Paige
